目的探讨MMP9在黏膜NK/T和成熟T细胞淋巴瘤的表达及其与EBV感染的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法和原位杂交法检测59例黏膜NK/T以及成熟T细胞淋巴瘤MMP9和EBER表达情况,统计MMP9表达与EBV感染的关系。结果黏膜NK/T和成熟T细胞淋巴瘤MMP9和EBER阳性率分别为83.05%和72.88%,EBER阳性率与组织学类型有关(P<0.01);MMP9和EBER表达与临床分期和生存期均无显著性关系(P>0.05),MMP9表达与EBV感染无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论黏膜NK/T和成熟T细胞淋巴瘤发生与EBV感染密切相关,它可能通过间接上调MMP9等癌基因的表达而促进肿瘤的发生和发展。防治EBV感染有助于预防淋巴瘤的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP9 in mucosal NK / T and mature T cell lymphomas and its relationship with EBV infection. Methods The expressions of MMP9 and EBER in 59 mucosal NK / T and mature T cell lymphomas were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and in situ hybridization. The relationship between MMP9 expression and EBV infection was analyzed. Results The positive rates of MMP9 and EBER in mucosal NK / T and mature T cell lymphomas were 83.05% and 72.88%, respectively. The positive rate of EBER correlated with the histological type (P <0.01). The expressions of MMP9 and EBER were not correlated with clinical stage and survival Significant relationship (P> 0.05), MMP9 expression and EBV infection had no significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of mucosal NK / T and mature T-cell lymphoma is closely related to EBV infection. It may promote the occurrence and development of tumors by indirectly upregulating the expression of oncogenes such as MMP9. Prevention and treatment of EBV infection can help prevent the occurrence and development of lymphoma.
