采用系统研究思想,对10余台轴流压气机稳态性能试验数据进行了整理分析,在统计层次上探索了现有气动/结构设计体系下离散试验数据之间的内在关联规律.详细阐述了关联基准点的选取、关联基准线的构造、稳定工作边界的预估、特性线的泛化拟合和关联基准点的求解等环节,成功构建了一种实现多级轴流压气机试验特性有效关联的经验分析方法.结果表明:该经验方法对于大流量低速压气机变工况特性具有较好的预估能力,总体相对误差小于±10%.该方法可应用于同类型新设计压气机变工况特性表征关系的经验重构和先期性能评定,为压气机离散试验数据的挖掘、利用提供技术支持.
