乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,且逐渐年轻化。磁共振检查对乳腺病变具有较高的敏感性,它的局限性主要在于对原位癌诊断敏感性较低,而且特异性也不高。结合乳腺MR影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS-MRI)来研究磁共振成像特点与细胞增殖的活性,有助于磁共振乳腺肿瘤的早期诊断和疗效评价。目前国内外对这方面的研究尚比较少,现基于BI-RADS-MRI来综述乳腺癌MRI与细胞增殖状态的相关性。
Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women, and gradually younger. Magnetic resonance imaging of breast lesions have a higher sensitivity, its main limitation is the sensitivity of the diagnosis of carcinoma in situ lower, and the specificity is not high. The combination of breast MR imaging report and data system (BI-RADS-MRI) to study the characteristics of magnetic resonance imaging and cell proliferation activity, contribute to the early diagnosis of magnetic resonance breast cancer and evaluation of the efficacy. At present, there are still few studies in this area both at home and abroad. Based on BI-RADS-MRI, the correlation between breast cancer MRI and cell proliferation status is summarized.
