目的:采用数字序列相关性分析法对灯盏花素的HPLC和UV测定法进行相关性研究。方法:分别用HPLC法测定灯盏花素中野黄芩甙含量和UV法测定灯盏花素中黄酮苷含量,再采用数字序列相关性分析法对两种测定方法的相关性进行统计分析。结果:通过数字序列相关性分析法,得到Cμ1.μ2=0.9993;r=0.7569,说明灯盏花素的两种含量测定方法具有高度相关性,进一步可拟合出它们之间的线性方程:y=-0.4320+1.4311x,r=0.9055>r(3)0.05=0.878,P<0.05。结论:用于测定灯盏花素含量的HPLC法和UV法具有良好的相关性,通过转换系数可由一种含量测定数据推测出另一方法的结果,即可以简化含量测定方法。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between HPLC and UV determination of scutellarin by digital sequence correlation analysis. Methods: The content of berberine in breviscapine was determined by HPLC method and the content of flavonoid glycoside in breviscapine was determined by UV method. The correlation of the two methods was analyzed by statistical correlation analysis. RESULTS: The correlation coefficient between the two methods of breviscapine was highly correlated by the method of digital sequence correlation analysis, which showed that Cμ1.μ2=0.9993; r=0.7569, which could further fit the linear equation between them: y= -0.4320+1.4311x, r=0.9055>r(3)0.05=0.878, P<0.05. Conclusion: The HPLC method for determining breviscapine content has good correlation with UV method. The conversion coefficient can be used to infer the result of another method from the data of one kind of content determination, that is, the content determination method can be simplified.
