本文阐述新设计的“追及回路”液压系统的工作原理、元件选用及其用于铸型输送环时速度波动的起因和解决方法。对推头的摆动、油缸超节长和追令点的位置作了详细推导。本文还介绍对于小型铸造车间进行机械化改造时,如何选择环的布置和如何提高环上铸型通过量及单位面积产量的一种方法。生产实践证明,此新回路和新结构是可行的。
This article elaborates the working principle of the new designed “catch-to-return” hydraulic system, the selection of components and the causes and solutions of the speed fluctuations when used in the mold conveying ring. On the push of the swing, the cylinder over-long and chase the location of the point made a detailed deduction. This article also describes how to choose the layout of the rings and how to increase the throughput of the molds on the ring and the yield per unit area for the mechanization of a small foundry. Production practice has proved that this new circuit and new structure is feasible.
