目的:探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平对育龄期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者体外受精(IVF)/卵母细胞浆单精子注射(ICSI)-胚胎移植(ET)助孕结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月1日至2019年9月30日首次于郑州大学人民医院生殖医学中心行IVF/ICSI-ET助孕的1 300例PCOS患者的临床资料,按血清AMH水平将1 300例PCOS患者分为三组,低水平组(L组,AMH水平12.86 ng/ml,325例)。比较各组基本情况、促排卵及临床结局,分析血清AMH水平对PCOS患者IVF/ICSI助孕的影响。结果:随着血清AMH水平的增高,促性腺激素(Gn)启动量、Gn总量、2PN受精率降低,但获卵总数、MII期卵子数、2PN受精数升高,差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)。n 结论:血清AMH水平与PCOS内分泌紊乱相关,可能影响卵子质量,但对临床结局无明显影响。“,”Objective:To investigate the effect of serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level on the outcome of in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET) in childbearing age women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods:The clinical data of 1 300 PCOS patients who underwent IVF/ICSI-ET for the first time in the Reproductive Medicine Center of People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 1, 2017 to September 30, 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Selected patients were divided into three groups according to the serum AMH level, low level group (L group, 324 cases with AMH12.86 ng/ml). The basic situation, ovulation promotion and clinical outcome were compared. The influence of serum AMH level on IVF/ICSI assisted pregnancy in PCOS patients was analyzed.Results:With the increase of serum AMH, the amount of gonadotropin (GN), the total amount of GN, and the fertilization rate of 2 pronuclear embryo decreased, but the total number of oocytes retrieved, the number of MII oocytes, and the number of 2 pronuclear embryo increased (n P0.05).n Conclusions:Serum AMH level is associated with endocrine disorders in PCOS patients, which may affect egg quality, but it has no significant effect on clinical outcome.
