针对特高压联络线上的功率波动特点,研究了新的自动发电控制(AGC)策略。首先,提出一种网省协调的AGC策略,该控制策略根据特高压联络线上的功率偏差大小自动调整网省机组出力。在该控制策略下,网调机组在联络线偏差较大时参与调整,而在偏差较小时提前将功率回吐。然后,提出一种在省调AGC容量不足时网调机组出力协助省调控制区调节区域功率平衡的补偿控制措施。最后,针对华中电网进行了数值仿真,仿真结果表明了文中所提出的控制策略的有效性。
Aiming at the characteristics of power fluctuation in the UHV contact line, a new automatic generation control (AGC) strategy is studied. First of all, this paper proposes a grid-province coordinated AGC strategy that automatically adjusts the output of grid-province units according to the power deviation on the UHV contact line. Under this control strategy, the network regulation unit participates in the adjustment when the deviation of the tie line is large, and pulls the power ahead of time when the deviation is small. Then, a compensating control measure is put forward when the provincial dispatching AGC capacity is not enough, and the network dispatching unit contributes to the provincial dispatching and regulating area regulating area power balance. Finally, numerical simulation is carried out for Huazhong Power Grid. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
