利用直线生长法和古区氏坩锅干重测定法对比了在11种培养基上向日葵黑斑病菌(Alternaria helianthi)的生长速率和生长量。结果表明:生长速率以查彼氏琼脂培养基、种仁汁琼脂培养基和FDA加种子煎汁培养基上的最快,单纯PDA上的最慢;生长量测定以马铃薯葡萄糖加种子煎法培养液最佳,其次为种仁汁培养液,而查彼氏液和理查氏液最差。产孢量测定采用在相同培养时间内直接计数。结果表明:种皮琼脂培养基最好,其次为PDA加种子煎汁培养基和种仁汁琼脂培养基,而理查氏琼脂培养基最差。
The growth rate and growth of Alternaria helianthi on 11 kinds of media were compared by linear growth method and ancient district crucible dry weight determination method.
