最近,我厂接受了一批H8CM3号鋼的鍛造訂貨。这种鋼含鎳80%、含鉬3%、含鉻396。鋼錠規格φ80~100×350毫米,要求鍛成20毫米厚的鋼板。起初,我們沒有把握,仅将鍛造溫度控制在1200~1100℃(光学高溫計)范圍內,結果产生了裂紋。而且鍛造溫度范圍小,每鍛一根要燒三火。后經多次試驗,严格控制了加热过程并提高了初鍛溫度,因此取得圓滿結果。对这种鋼的鍛造,我們有如下几头体会: (1)加热溫度不能低于1100℃,最好能加热到
Recently, I received a number of factory forging H8CM3 steel orders. This steel contains 80% nickel, molybdenum 3%, chromium 396. Steel ingot specifications φ80 ~ 100 × 350 mm, requiring forging 20 mm thick steel. Initially, we were not sure, only the forging temperature was controlled in the range of 1200 ~ 1100 ℃ (optical pyrometer), resulting in cracks. And a small forging temperature range, each forging one to burn three fire. After many tests, the heating process was strictly controlled and the initial forging temperature was raised, thus achieving a satisfactory result. Forging of this steel, we have the following experience: (1) Heating temperature can not be lower than 1100 ℃, it is best to heat to
