学生思想的后进是造成学生各方面后进之源,因此,转化后进生的思想工作显得尤为重要。从发挥学生的长处、发挥班集体的作用、发挥小群体的作用,以及巧用特殊事件等几个方面来进行后进生的思想转化工作,做了一些有益的尝试,取得了一定的成效。 The backwardness of students’ thinking is the source of backwardness in all aspects of students. Therefore, the ideological work after the transformation is particularly important. From some aspects such as giving full play to the strengths of students, giving play to the role of collectives, giving play to the role of small groups, and clever use of special events and other aspects to carry on ideological transformation of backward students, we made some helpful attempts and achieved some success.
