以太原市桃南小学和北寒小学4~6年级的242名学生为研究对象,运用威廉姆斯创造性人格量表,分析小学生创造性人格的发展特点及其对学业成绩的影响。结果表明:小学生创造性人格的发展女生优于男生;随着年级的升高,小学生创造性人格的发展水平逐步提高,但发展速度较缓慢;城市小学生创造性人格的发展水平高于农村小学生;语文成绩与创造性人格及好奇心、想象力相关显著,数学成绩与创造性人格及好奇心、挑战性相关显著。
Taking the students in Taoyuan Primary School in Taiyuan City and 242 students in Grade 4 ~ 6 in North Cold School as subjects, Williams ’creative personality scale was used to analyze the development characteristics of pupils’ creative personality and its impact on academic performance. The results show that the developmental qualities of pupils are better than those of boys. With the rising of grade, the level of development of pupils’ creative personality is gradually increased, but the development speed is slower. The development level of creative pupils in urban pupils is higher than that of pupils in rural areas. Creative personality and curiosity, imaginative correlation significant, mathematical achievements and creative personality and curiosity, the relevant significant challenge.
