分析了在-196~660℃范围内温度及其变化速度对PBN坩埚和Al的机械性能的影响,进而分析了Al坩埚的热应力分布及变化。确定了Al坩埚的维持温度,指明了常用的升温和降温速度对Al坩埚破裂的影响并不明显。
The effects of temperature and its rate of change on the mechanical properties of PBN crucible and Al were analyzed in the temperature range of -196 ~ 660 ℃. The thermal stress distribution and the change of Al crucible were analyzed. The maintaining temperature of Al crucible was determined, indicating that the effect of common heating and cooling rates on Al crucible rupture was not obvious.
