当前我国从事小学教学工作的教师都呈现出了年轻化的趋势,其中青年教师所占的比例也越来越大。对于贵州省一些贫困民族地区而言,在小学数学教学中,青年教师的课堂教学技能还有待培养和训练。本文主要对此展开浅析,借此也希望推动贵州省贫困民族地区小学数学教学事业的发展。
At present, the teachers engaged in primary school teaching in our country all show a younger trend, in which the proportion of young teachers is also growing. For some poor ethnic areas in Guizhou Province, young teachers’ classroom teaching skills have yet to be nurtured and trained in elementary mathematics teaching. This article mainly analyzes this, also hope to promote the development of elementary mathematics teaching in poverty-stricken minority areas of Guizhou Province.
