本文通过对不同亲本品种杂交18个组合的株高和抽穗期遗传规律的研究结果表明,株高、抽穗期的变异系数较小,遗传力较高。但因杂交组合不同而异,矮秆×高秆、高秆×高秆、早熟×迟熟、迟熟×中熟、中熟×迟熟等组合的遗传力较高;中秆×矮秆、矮秆×中秆、迟熟×迟熟等组合次之;中秆×中秆、中熟×中熟等组合较低。性状间的相关系数测定,遗传相关高于表型相关,株高、抽穗期与其他主要经济性状有显著的遗传相关。
In this paper, the genetic relationship between plant height and heading date of 18 combinations of different parental varieties was studied. The results showed that the variation coefficient of plant height and heading date was small and the heritability was high. However, due to the different combinations of hybrids, the heritability of the combination of short stalks × tall stalks, tall stalks × tall stalks, early maturity × late maturity, late maturity × medium maturity, medium maturity × late maturity, etc .; middle stalk × dwarf, Short stalk × medium stalk, late maturity × late maturity combination followed by; medium stalk × medium stalk, medium maturity × medium maturity combination is lower. Correlation coefficient between traits, genetic correlation is higher than the phenotypic correlation, plant height, heading date and other major economic traits have significant genetic correlation.
