目前普遍使用的带式输送机的驱动设备由于造价高、结构复杂,往往成为整个带式输送系统中的性能瓶颈。而在车辆动力传输系统中最常使用的自动变速器具有成本低、结构简单且适应能力强等优势,非常适合作为带式输送机的驱动设备。提出一种在带式输送机上应用自动变速器液压系统的方案,可以为未来进一步的研究提供参考。
The drive devices commonly used today for belt conveyors often become a performance bottleneck in the entire belt conveyor system because of their high cost and complicated construction. However, the most commonly used automatic transmission in a vehicle power transmission system has the advantages of low cost, simple structure and strong adaptability, and is very suitable as a driving device for a belt conveyor. Proposed a belt conveyor on the application of automatic transmission hydraulic system program, which can provide reference for further research in the future.
