表观遗传修饰通过不改变DNA序列而影响基因的表达,DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰是最重要的表观遗传学修饰方式。表观遗传修饰是正常生理发育的一部分,但其紊乱却是许多肿瘤包括急性髓系白血病(AML)的重要发病机制。本文就表观遗传学治疗在AML的研究进展做一综述。
Epigenetic modification affects gene expression by not changing the DNA sequence. DNA methylation and histone modification are the most important epigenetic modifications. Epigenetic modification is part of normal physiological development, but the disorder is an important pathogenesis of many tumors, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This article reviews the research progress of epigenetics in AML.
