目的观察黑色塑料地膜覆盖有螺荒山坡1年,不同时间灭螺效果比较。方法选独立有钉螺荒山1处,分设覆盖氯硝柳胺0g/m2、10g/m2和未覆盖空白对照3个组。试验前按系统抽样每组调查7框,捕获框内全部土表钉螺,观察死亡情况及计算平均密度。试验10、30、90、180、270、360d各组同试验前方法各调查1次土表钉螺,观察死亡率及密度下降率。并在270d和360d时,覆盖10g/m2和0g/m2组分别淘洗土层0~15cm深度的钉螺,观察死亡率,每组取土面积0.40m2。结果覆盖10g/m2组10、30d,钉螺死亡90.24%和90.82%,密度下降94.60%和95.93%。90~360d钉螺死亡率和密度下降率均为100.00%;0g/m2组10、30、90、180d钉螺死亡分别为61.40%、54.30%、98.47%、99.55%,密度下降分别为60.90%、73.62%、98.90%、99.45%,270d和360d钉螺死亡率和密度下降率均为100.00%。空白对照组钉螺死亡0~4.55%,密度上升28.80%。土层内钉螺10g/m2组270d和360d均无活螺;0g/m2组270d死亡99.72%;360d全部死亡。结论覆盖荒山灭螺用药10g/m2,90d后土表钉螺死亡率和密度下降率可达100.00%,土内钉螺270d后死亡率100.00%。0g/m2360d后土内钉螺死亡率100.00%。
Objective To observe the black plastic film mulching barren hillside 1 year, different times the snail effect comparison. The method selected independently a snail barren hill, divided into cover niclosamide 0g / m2, 10g / m2 and uncovered blank control three groups. According to the system sampling before the test, each group investigated 7 boxes, capturing all the snails in the box, observing the death and calculating the average density. The death rates of snails at 10, 30, 90 and 180 days in 0g / m2 group were 61.40%, 54.30%, 98.47% and 99.55% respectively, and the density densities were 60.90% and 73.62% %, 98.90%, 99.45%, 270d and 360d respectively. The control group died 0 ~ 4.55%, the density increased 28.80%. Soil snail 10g / m2 group 270d and 360d no live snail; 0g / m2 group 270d death 99.72%; 360d all died. Conclusion The mortality and densities of Oncomelania snails on the soil surface were 100.00% after 10 g / m 2 and 90 days of barren snails were applied to cover the soil. The mortality rate of Oncomelania snails was 100.00% after 270 days. 0g / m2360d after the soil snail death rate 100.00%.
