对六方螺母冷镦凹模进行了超塑成形与渗钒复合工艺的试验研究,结果表明:采取逐渐增速的超塑挤压成形工艺,可使模具型腔表面获得均匀一致的渗层厚度,渗层钒化物呈粒状组织,模具寿命较普通渗钒提高了25%,模具成本明显降低。
The experimental research on superplastic forming and vanadizing of hexagonal cold heading die was carried out.
