工业部门的化学分析工作既要起到对工业生产全过程中的原材料、产品进行监控的“把关”作用,又要起到对新材料,新工艺的应用提供信息,促进产品的更新换代,提高质量的“闯关”作用。为了做好这工作,首先需要保证化学测试工作自身的质量,亦即测试数据的准确性。分析工作者要提供一项测试数据是容易的,但是要得到一项准确的测试数据有时不一定很容易。这里会涉及到不少问题。下面根据个人的体会,就日常工作中,主要是金属及无机分析方面可能产生分析数据差错的诸因素,作一概述。
