提出了微合金化铜基合金在真空条件下优选工艺和通过减少CuFe2P合金中P含量及用Zr、Al、Mg、Zn等对CuFe2P进行微合金化改善其性能.实验发现,对微合金化CuFe2Zr合金,高的铁锆比(Fe/Zr)与性能有良好的对应关系,而对微合金化CuFeZr合金,低的和较宽范围的Fe/Zr与性能有良好的对应关系.
The technology of micro-alloyed copper-based alloy under vacuum condition was proposed and its performance was improved by reducing the content of P in CuFe2P alloy and microalloying CuFe2P with Zr, Al, Mg, Zn and so on. It was found that there is a good correlation between high Fe-Zr ratio and properties for the micro-alloyed CuFe2Zr alloy and good performance for the micro-alloyed CuFeZr alloy with low and wide range of Fe / Zr The corresponding relationship.
