一、概述 纳维钻具系按模诺(Moineau)原理制成的、用洗井液驱动的井下动力钻具。用这种钻具钻进时钻杆系统不旋转,只有钻头旋转。和转盘钻进比,这种钻进方法有保护钻杆、钻铤和套管及钻进速度快的优点。 纳维钻具特别适于定向钻进,同时也可以用于高效钻进和铣削钻进。 1.定向钻进 (1)用斜向器进行定向钻进 用纳维钻具进行定向钻进时需在该钻具旁通阀连接螺纹处接上斜向器(图1)。斜向器的斜度范围为0.5度到2.5度。 斜向器的功能是强制纳维钻具从已有钻孔的侧向钻进或者用于定向钻进时改变钻孔的方位和斜度,方位如何变化取决于纳维钻具的设定方位值。 (2)用KOS进行定向钻进
