正常对照组、单纯肥胖组、非肥胖糖尿病组和肥胖型糖尿病组共112例进行OGTT、胰岛素释放试验及血脂测定,结果显示,单纯肥胖与正常对照组、肥胖型糖尿病与非肥胖糖尿病组糖耐量曲线无明显差异。单纯肥胖、肥胖型糖尿病组各时限血浆胰岛素浓度明显高于对照组,呈高胰岛素血症。血脂测定结果:单纯肥胖组TG、APoB、LDL-C浓度增高,HDL2-C浓度降低与正常对照组相比有统计学意义。肥胖型糖尿病组TCh、TG、LDL-C、VLPL-C、ApoB、ApoAI浓度增高,HDL2-C降低与单纯肥胖组相比有统计学意义。单纯肥胖组胰岛素面积与TG、VLDL-C呈正相关。
The results of OGTT, insulin release test and blood lipids in 112 normal control group, simple obesity group, non-obese diabetic group and obese diabetic group showed that in simple obesity and normal control group, the levels of glucose tolerance No significant difference in the curve. The levels of TCh, TG, LDL-C, VLPL-C, ApoB and ApoAI were increased in obese diabetic group, and the reduction of HDL2-C was statistically significant compared with simple obesity group. Insulin area in simple obesity group was positively correlated with TG and VLDL-C.
