环境法的完善对解决环境问题,促进社会、经济与环境保护的协调发展具有重要的意义。环境法律应该充分关注人性化问题。因此,环境法人性化理论对我国环境法的完善具有重要的理论和现实意义。论文分析了我国环境法律制度在人性化方面的现状及存在问题,对我国环境法律制度在人性化方面的完善提出了建议。
The improvement of environmental law is of great significance to solving environmental problems and promoting the coordinated development of social, economic and environmental protection. Environmental law should pay full attention to the issue of humanity. Therefore, the humanistic theory of environmental law has important theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of environmental law in our country. The paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems in the humanization of environmental law system in our country and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect our environmental law system in human nature.
