选用6个中晚熟、5个早熟玉米自交系,分别组配杂交组合。运用NCⅡ设计,对25个杂交组合的生育阶段进行了分析,结果表明:出苗至拔节期、拔节至抽雄期,早熟组合生育天数短,生长发育快;中晚熟组合生育天数长,生长发育慢,抽雄期可以作为玉米早熟性的重要生理性状和育种参数。抽雄至散粉期、散粉至吐丝授精期、吐丝授精至成熟期3个阶段相互间无显著关系。
Six middle-late-maturing and five early-season maize inbred lines were selected for the combination of crosses. The results of the research on the fertility stage of 25 hybrid combinations using NC Ⅱ design showed that: the days of emergence to jointing, jointing to tasselling, the number of days of early maturing combination was short, the growth and development were fast; the combination of middle-late maturity, growth and development was slow, The tasseling stage can be used as an important physiological trait and breeding parameters of corn precocity. Tasselling to loose powder period, loose powder to silking period, silking and fertilization to maturity phase 3 no significant relationship between each other.
