本研究通过文献资料法对我国体育经纪人的管理现状进行初步分析,发现只有将政府部门的引导、行业协会的自律与社会监督三方面力量有机、高效地结合,形成“三位一体”体育经纪人行业监管方式,发挥各自监管优势,才能更好地推动我国体育经纪人行业健康快速地发展。 In this study, we analyze the management status of sports brokers in our country through documentation method and find that only through the combination of the guidance of government departments, the self-regulation of trade associations and the supervision of society, we can form the “Trinity” sports brokers People industry regulation, give full play to their respective regulatory advantages in order to better promote the healthy and rapid development of China’s sports broker industry.
