“三维五步”教学法,“三维”即指从教师、学生、管理层三个维度进行教学实施与监控,“五步”即指知识领悟、作业练习、释疑解惑、探究讨论、释疑点评、小结反思等课堂教学五步法。“三维五步”教学法要通过课前准备、课堂教学以及课后追踪三个环节予以落实。通过2年多的课题研究,我们将这套教学模式运用到初中作文教学中,形成“三维五步”作文教学新模式,改变传统的课堂教学模式,在学生自主学习前提下,通过老师少教智教,提高初中作文课堂教学效率。
