针对史深100油田的油层物性特点,根据油气层损害的机理,合理地选择了聚合物铵盐泥浆体系,采用颗粒半径约为1.66μm的超细碳酸钙和单向压力封闭剂作为屏蔽暂堵剂,并通过对泥浆中固相颗粒、滤失量、pH值、密度的控制,实现油层保护。现场实施效果表明:实施油层保护的6口井比没有实施油层保护的6口井初始增产96%,稳产增产51.5%,取得了很明显的效果。钻井液油层保护技术对于其它油田也具有一定的推广价值。
According to the physical property of oil layer in Shushen 100 oilfield, according to the mechanism of hydrocarbon damage, the polymer ammonium salt slurry system was selected reasonably.
