2009年以来,浙江省海宁市公安局先后被省公安厅、省科技厅授予“科技强警示范县市区”称号,被浙江省社会治安综合治理委员会办公室、省公安厅评为社会治安动态监控建设成绩突出集体。领导重视,保障有力确保系统建设顺利实施海宁市公安局深入调研,就视频监控系统建设多次向市委、市政府进行专题汇报,在市领导的关心重视下,海宁市公安局拟制的《2007～2010年海宁市科技强警工作实施方案》
