随着现代化煤矿企业对安全生产集约化程度的要求不断提高,单独采用屏蔽双绞线单总线传输的煤矿安全监控系统在进行长距离传输时数据的实时性和稳定性都受到了很大的制约,越来越不能满足系统的要求。针对大型煤矿生产的实际情况,提出了适合于现代大型设备实时监测系统的光纤以太环网和现场总线相结合的传输方式。通过此方法,解决了煤矿监控系统与工业以太环网的无缝接入问题以及数据传输的实时性和稳定性,实现了系统的信息互通和资源共享。
With the requirement of modernized coal mining enterprises to intensify the degree of safety in production, the real-time and stability of the data of coal mine safety monitoring and control system using shielded twisted-pair single-bus transmission are greatly restricted in the long-distance transmission , More and more unable to meet the system requirements. According to the actual situation of large-scale coal mine production, this paper proposes a transmission mode that combines the optical Ethernet ring network and field bus which is suitable for real-time monitoring system of large-scale modern equipment. Through this method, the problem of seamless access between the coal mine monitoring system and the industrial Ethernet ring network and the real-time and stability of the data transmission are solved, and the system information exchange and resource sharing are realized.
