目的研究百杀净雾化剂对蚤、螨等鼠体表寄生物的杀灭效果。方法以粉尘螨和印鼠客蚤为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机向模拟现场投放百杀净雾化剂,进一步使用硫酰氟和百杀净雾化剂对投放于集装箱内的蚤、螨进行杀灭,比较杀灭效果。结果在百杀净雾化剂模拟现场试验中,印鼠客蚤(24 h)和粉尘螨(48 h)的死亡率均为100%;在容积为33.28 m~3(长×宽×高分别为5.90 m×2.35 m×2.40 m)和67.68 m3(长×宽×高分别为12.00 m×2.35 m×2.40 m)的集装箱现场药效试验中,百杀净组和硫酰氟组印鼠客蚤24 h死亡率均为100%,但在这两种集装箱中百杀净组粉尘螨48 h死亡率与硫酰氟组比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=842.418、690.344,P<0.001),硫酰氟组无明显杀螨效果。结论百杀净雾化剂对蚤、螨等鼠体表寄生虫具有较好的杀灭效果,值得进一步研究及推广应用。
Objective To study the killing effect of 100% nebulizer on the surface parasites in fleas and mites. Methods Dust mites and rat fleas were used as experimental subjects. Ultramicro particles nebulizers were used to inject 100% nebulizer into the simulated field. Sulfuryl fluoride and nebulizer were further used to control fleas, Mites kill, more killing effect. Results In the field test of simulated net nebulizer, the mortality rates of both commercial flea (24 h) and dust mite (48 h) were 100%. In the field of volume 33.28 m 3 (L × W × H (5.90 m × 2.35 m × 2.40 m) and 67.68 m3 (length × width × height of 12.00 m × 2.35 m × 2.40 m, respectively) The 24 h mortality of fleas was 100%. However, the 48 h mortality of dust mites in both groups was significantly higher than that of the sulfuryl fluoride group (χ ~ 2 = 842.418, 690.344, P <0.001), Sulfuryl fluoride group did not significantly kill the mite effect. Conclusion Baijiao nebulizer has good killing effect on parasites such as fleas and mites, which deserves further study and popularization and application.
