宝钢“以烟道气做载气的蒸汽多管回转煤调湿工艺(Steam Tube Dryer+Inertia,简称STD+I)”供热介质包括烟道气和蒸汽,以蒸汽的间接换热为主。其“蒸汽—凝液”系统如图1所示:管网蒸汽稳压后经由调节阀分两路,主体经金属软管A和旋转接头进入干燥机汽室和换热管,完成换热后的蒸汽凝液依靠干燥机的旋转和凝液自重从旋转接头经由金属软管B1-B2进入凝液罐,见图2。干燥机换热管内的未凝蒸
