目的比较两种方法对新生儿ICU呼吸机管道清洗消毒效果。方法对呼吸机管道分别采用含有效氯500mg/L含氯消毒泡腾片溶液浸泡60 min后,再人工清洗后晾干和全自动清洗机清洗2种方法进行清洗消毒,并对清洗消毒后的呼吸机管道进行清洁度检查,评价清洗消毒效果。结果全自动清洗机清洗合格率远高于人工清洗后晾干,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用全自动清洗机能确保呼吸机管道的清洗质量,效果优于消毒液浸泡后再晾干方法。
Objective To compare the two methods of neonatal ICU ventilator pipeline cleaning and disinfection. Methods Respiratory channels were treated with chlorine containing disinfectant effervescent effervescent solution containing 500mg / L for 60 min, then dried by manual cleaning and cleaned by automatic washing machine, respectively. After cleaning and disinfecting Ventilator pipeline cleanliness inspection, evaluation of cleaning and disinfection. Results The cleaning rate of fully automatic washing machine was much higher than that after manual washing, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The use of fully automatic cleaning machine to ensure the cleaning quality of the ventilator pipeline, the effect is better than the disinfectant soaking and then drying method.
