目的通过测定骨髓移植病房护理工作量,明确其护士配置的实际需求,探索其人力资源配置特点。方法编制护理项目观察表,培训观察员,测量病房直接护理项目和间接护理项目的总工时,计算病房所需护士数。结果本病房涉及98项护理项目,其中直接护理项目68项,间接护理项目30项;平均每例患者24h护理项目总工时为730.86min;理论所需床护比为1∶2.2。结论本研究初步测量骨髓移植病房的护理工作量,并计算出适用于骨髓移植病房的理论床护比,为在临床进行科学的护理人力资源配置提供了客观依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the nursing needs of nurses by determining the workload of nurses in ward transplantation and explore the characteristics of human resource allocation. Methods Prepare nursing project watch, train observers, measure the total working hours of ward direct nursing items and indirect nursing items, and calculate the number of nurses needed in the ward. Results The ward involved 98 nursing projects, including 68 direct nursing items and 30 indirect nursing items. The average working hours per patient was 730.86min in 24 hours. The theoretical nursing ratio was 1: 2.2. Conclusion This study initially measured the workload of nursing in bone marrow transplantation ward, and calculated the theoretical ratio of nursing beds suitable for bone marrow transplant ward, which provided an objective basis for clinical nursing human resources allocation.
