本文为探讨PET溶剂诱导结晶(SINC)的结晶机理与规律,用密度梯度法、差示扫描量热法(DSC)以及广角X射线衍射法(WAXS)研究了PET的SINC结晶过程,将扩散速度与结晶速度直接联系起来进行了定量处理,证实了结晶度随诱导时间变化的关系也可用菲克扩散定律来描述,结晶过程受扩散控制。上述各种研究方法求得的溶剂扩散系数,与用扩散前沿法、增重法等所得结果基本一致。
In order to explore the crystallization mechanism and rule of PET solvent-induced crystallization (SINC), the crystallization process of SINC was studied by density gradient, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXS) It is directly related to the crystallization rate and quantitatively confirmed that the relationship between crystallinity and induction time can also be described by Fick’s diffusion law and the crystallization process is controlled by diffusion. The diffusion coefficient of the solvent obtained by each of the above research methods is basically the same as that obtained by the diffusion front method and the weight gain method.
