为了充分发挥多层级常规公交线网中换乘站点的衔接效能,提高线网系统运力利用率,针对多层级常规公交线网规划对其运营调度的影响,依据多层级常规公交线网布局模式及服务特性,分别考虑了各层级内和层级间公交车辆到达换乘站的时间差问题。从始发车时刻和发车间隔两方面,以乘客换乘候车成本和公交企业运营成本和最小为目标,构建了时刻表编制模型。采用遗传算法进行求解,得到了多层级常规公交线网运行时刻表模型。通过算例对该模型进行了验证,结果表明:时刻表优化后降低了公交乘客23.5%的换乘候车成本,增加了8.5%的运营车辆成本,但总体费用得到了改善。实际运营调度中,应综合权衡乘客与公交企业的利益,根据实际需求考虑时刻表方案。
