目的建立工作场所空气中汞及其化合物的直接测定法。方法工作场所空气中的汞经吸收液采集后,直接加入到DMA80直接汞分析仪中进行测定。结果进样量100μl,汞浓度在0~2.00μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法的相对标准偏差为3.5%~8.4%,加标回收率为100.6%~104.7%,最低检测浓度为0.0015mg/m~3。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中汞及其化合物的测定。
Objective To establish a direct method for the determination of mercury and its compounds in workplace air. Methods Mercury in the air at the workplace was collected by absorption and directly added to the DMA80 direct mercury analyzer for determination. Results There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of 100μl and the concentration of mercury in the range of 0-2.00μg / ml. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 3.5% -8.4% and the recoveries were 100.6% -104.7%. The lowest detection concentration was 0.0015mg / m ~ 3. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of mercury and its compounds in the air of the workplace.
