优化了AC7A铝镁合金的成分组成,满足了动圈骨架作为振动试验设备用主要结构件特殊要求。通过控制原材料、优化铸造工艺设计、改变熔炼和浇注工艺及使用低压铸造工艺等措施解决了动圈骨架易产生夹渣和缩松的问题。
The composition of AC7A aluminum-magnesium alloy has been optimized to meet the special requirements of the dynamic structure as the main structure for vibration test equipment. By controlling the raw materials, optimizing casting process design, changing the melting and casting process and the use of low-pressure casting process and other measures to solve the moving coil skeleton easy to produce slag and shrinkage problems.
