目的:比较不同批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量。方法:以高效液相色谱法检测不同批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量。色谱柱为C18柱,流速为1.0mL.m in-1,柱温为25℃,按外标法定量。检测丹参酮ⅡA流动相为甲醇-水(85∶15),检测波长270nm;检测丹酚酸B流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(28.5∶9.5∶1.0∶61.0),检测波长286nm。结果:不同批次丹参中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B的含量分别为0.149%~0.270%及2.85%~5.04%。结论:不同批次丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量差异较大。
Objective: To compare the contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in different batches of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: The contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in different batches of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Column C18 column, the flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1, the column temperature was 25 ℃, according to external standard method. The mobile phase of tanshinone ⅡA was methanol-water (85:15) and the detection wavelength was 270 nm. The mobile phase of salvianolic acid B was methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (28.5: 9.5: 1.0: 61.0) and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results: The contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were 0.149% ~ 0.270% and 2.85% ~ 5.04%, respectively. Conclusion: The contents of Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B in different batches of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae are quite different.
