市场经济的兴起和《中国教育改革和发展纲要》的发表,为高等教育提出了新的任务,无疑也给大学图书馆的发展带来了新的机遇与挑战,许多馆长对此作出了积极的反应。1993年6月15日～18日,由哈尔滨工业大学图书馆发起并组织了“部分大学图书馆馆长关于《纲要》与大学图书馆建设讨论会”,来自北京大学、清华大学、上海交通大学、天津大学、南开大学以及哈尔滨市部分高校的图书馆馆长,就目前高校图书馆所面临的形势、困境与出路进行了分析与探讨。本刊特将馆长们所抒之见介绍给读者,并希望有更多的俊杰,将探讨深入下去。
The rise of a market economy and the publication of the “Outline of Education Reform and Development in China” put forward new tasks for higher education and undoubtedly brought about new opportunities and challenges for the development of university libraries, many of them actively Reaction.
