首次提出DAP预中和反应尾气分流进行余热回收浓缩稀磷酸的磷铵节能减排工艺,源头减少湿线尾气水蒸气排放量,降低湿法磷酸浓缩能耗31.8%。经过大型工业化试验验证,其关键设备低温磷酸喷射降膜浓缩装置(换热面积560 m2)回收约80℃的DAP湿线尾气余热,可以使稀磷酸P2O5质量分数提高约12百分点,节能产生的直接经济效益在1.5年之内即可收回技改投资。
DAP pre-neutralization reaction tail gas diversion was proposed for the first time, and the ammonium phosphate energy saving and emission reduction process of concentrating dilute phosphoric acid was recovered. The source was to reduce the steam emission of wet tail gas and reduce the energy consumption of wet-process phosphoric acid concentration by 31.8%.
