本文立足路桥工程施工项目设备管理工序化运作实践,与公司化运作的分公司设备管理经验,经过对租赁、分包设备管理流程的深入分析,提炼出了租赁供方准入鉴别心得,租赁单价独立核算机制,过程管理要素,分包设备准入与过程管控,以及与属地质量技术监督局交往的心得。最后通过标准作业流程固化成果、统一推广,使得设备管理工作工序化特征更加突出,从而到达夯实基础、提升管理的目的。
