医乃仁术,作为一名合格的医生不仅要有扎实的理论知识和操作技能,还要有仁爱之心,也就是医学与生俱来的人文精神。在临床学习中,医学生与患者交流密切、体会深刻,便于理论联系实际进行教学,因而在人文精神的培养方面有着课堂教学无法比拟的优势。医疗活动中处处体现着人文精神,带教医生应该尽可能的在临床实践的各个环节中对医学生进行人文教育,培养仁爱之心,这有助于塑造医学生健全的“医格”,培养合格的医学人才。“,”Medicine is a science charactered with humanity, so a qualified doctor should possess not only solid theory and medical operation skil s but also kindness known as humanism which is the inherent character of medicine. During clinical learning stage medical students have more opportunities to communicate with patients, so it is helpful for them to put theory into work in study. It is also good to cultivate medical students with humanism in this stage than in col ege classroom. Teachers should try to car y out humanitas education in every segment of clinical practical education, which can help medical students developing perfect medical personality to be a qualified doctor.
