建立了用矢性流函数一涡量法和k-ε双方程湍流模型模拟铸造充型过程的数学模型,并模拟了铸造充型过程.对模拟结果的验证表明,计算结果与实测结果基本一致,证明矢性流函数-涡量法和k-ε双方程湍流模型可用于模拟铸造充型过程三维非稳态湍流流动和传热过程。
A mathematic model was established to simulate the process of casting and filling by means of vector flow function-vortex method and k-ε two-equation turbulence model, and the process of casting and filling was simulated. The simulation results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with the measured ones. It is proved that the vectorial flow function-vorticity method and the k-ε two-equation turbulence model can be used to simulate the three-dimensional unsteady turbulent flow and heat transfer in the process of casting and filling.
