利用富士SPH系列PLC(即可编程控制器)作为上位机,结合富士RS232C通信模块和美国MARK-10拉力传感器,构建集成于设备控制架构内的航天电连接器拉力测试系统。该系统由高精度拉力传感器实时采集拉力信号,上位机通过RS232C接口,利用ASC-II报文实现与传感器的通信,完成数据采集。系统能同时满足数据交换、实时显示、参数设置和数据存储等功能。该系统成本低,可靠性高,抗干扰能力强。
Fuji SPH series PLC (programmable logic controller) is used as a host computer, combined with Fuji RS232C communication module and the United States MARK-10 tension sensor, to build integrated aerospace electrical connector pull test system within the device control architecture. The system real-time acquisition by the high-precision tensile force sensor pull signal, the host computer through the RS232C interface, the use of ASC-II messages to achieve communication with the sensor to complete the data acquisition. The system can simultaneously meet the data exchange, real-time display, parameter setting and data storage functions. The system is low cost, high reliability, anti-interference ability.
