从cDNA文库中分离获得1个cDNA阳性克隆,测序和序列分析结果表明,其长度为1 141 bp,含有1个长度为197 aa的开放读码框架,与烟草等植物的Rop有较高的同源性,该cDNA是从UV处理的辣椒cDNA文库中分离获得的,可能与辣椒适应UV辐射胁迫有关。该cDNA的分离为进一步研究其在辣椒适应UV辐射防御反应的分子机理研究奠定了重要的基础。
A cDNA clone was isolated from the cDNA library. Sequencing and sequence analysis showed that the cDNA was 1 141 bp in length and contained an open reading frame of 197 aa, which was similar to Rop in plants such as tobacco This cDNA was isolated from the UV-treated pepper cDNA library and may be related to the pepper’s adaptation to UV radiation stress. The isolation of this cDNA laid an important foundation for the further study of its molecular mechanism in pepper defense response to UV radiation.
