有源电力滤波器是一种新型的谐波及无功动态补偿装置。并联型有源电力滤波器主电路中功率开关管死区的存在对其补偿性能产生消极影响。根据双极性调制模式下单相并联型有源电力滤波器主电路的工作过程分析了死区效应对补偿性能的影响机理。讨论了无死区控制的可行性,提出将无死区控制应用到有源电力滤波器中,设计了无死区控制逻辑电路,从而避免死区电路的设计,在不增加成本的同时消除了死区效应对有源电力滤波器补偿性能的影响,并一定程度上延长了开关管的寿命,实验结果证明了所提方法的有效性。无死区控制策略可以推广到三相APF系统以及单极调制模式下的APF装置中,对今后APF的深入研究有一定的参考价值。
Active power filter is a new harmonic and reactive dynamic compensation device. The existence of the dead zone of the power switch in the main circuit of the shunt active power filter has a negative impact on its compensation performance. According to the working process of the main circuit of single-phase shunt active power filter in bipolar modulation mode, the effect mechanism of dead-zone effect on compensation performance is analyzed. The feasibility of no-dead-zone control is discussed. It is proposed that dead-dead control should be applied to active power filter. No dead-zone control logic is designed to avoid the design of dead-zone circuit. At the same time, Dead zone effect on the performance of active power filter compensation, and to some extent, extend the life of the switch, the experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method. No-dead-zone control strategy can be extended to three-phase APF system and APF device in unipolar modulation mode, which is of certain reference value for further research on APF in the future.
