分析并指出了常规气密性焊接技术的缺陷,提出了一种基于激光封焊与胶接的大封闭腔体气密性密封技术.通过气密性试验、对比试验和高低温冲击试验可知,试验件的气密性能为8.6×10-3 Pa·cm3/s.采用新型组合工艺的腔体盖板在外界气压变化较大时几乎不发生变形,未出现凹陷、鼓包、焊缝裂纹或漏气等失效形式.该技术还具有可扩展性,可显著提高大封闭腔体的耐压性和气密性,有利于未来电子设备的集成化设计.“,”A hermetic welding technique for large airtight cavity based on laser welding and adhensive joint was presented for the purpose of eliminating the defects of normal hermetic welding methods.The airtight tests,comparative tests and high and low temperature impact tests were carried out,and the results showed that the leakage rate of the sealing cavity was 8.6 × 10-3 Pa · cm3/s.The cap of sealing cavity that was made by the new combined process technology hardly had any deformation when the ambient gas pressure had a sharp change.This novel technique had a good extendibility,and could effectively avoid depressions,bulges,weld seam cracks and air leakages in the large sealing cavity.In addition,the pressure resistance and hermeticity could be improved significantly.The technique is suitable for the integrated design of electronic equipments in the future.
