利用高真空度扫描力显微术(HV-SFM)的压电响应模式原位研究了Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-30%PbTiO3 (PMN-PT)弛豫铁电单晶(111)晶面的压电响应行为. 观察到与单晶束缚电荷补偿机制密切关联的异常的压电响应行为. 高真空度条件下的压电响应退化行为与本征屏蔽电荷不足以补偿极化电荷所引起的极化状态的不稳定性有关. 而大气环境下相当强的压电响应信号源于表面吸附机制所致的表面束缚电荷对畴状态较强的稳定作用.
In this paper, the piezoelectric response of high-vacuum scanning force microscopy (HV-SFM) was investigated in situ for the relaxation of ferroelectric single crystal (111) with Pb (Mg1 / 3Nb2 / 3) O3-30% PbTiO3 (PMN- The piezoelectric response behavior of the crystal plane is observed.The abnormal piezoelectric response behavior closely related to the single-crystal binding charge compensation mechanism is observed.The degradation of piezoelectric response under high vacuum and the intrinsic shielding charge are not enough to compensate for the polarization charge Which is caused by the instability of the polarization state, whereas the relatively strong piezoelectric response signal in the atmospheric environment originates from the stabilizing effect of the surface bound charges on the domain states due to the surface adsorption mechanism.
