笔者于1965年采用针灸加电的方法治疗颜面神经麻痹11例,效果较为满意,其中除1例因在治疗期间感染肠伤寒而停针外,其余10例都获全愈.通过实践,在针刺手法、加电操作等方面,初步摸索了一些经验,兹介绍于下. 配穴处方:配穴处方,主要是按照病变所在的经络,采用远离与局部取穴相结合的方法.根据笔者临床体会,本病的病变在手太阳、足阳明二经,所用的穴位,大都属此二经.一般处方,以颊车、地仓、下关、丝竹空、合谷为主穴;迎香、翳风、攒竹、鱼腰、内庭为配穴.应用时以颊车、地仓、下关、合谷为每次必取之穴,再按病情需要,每次配其他穴位3～5个.局部穴位取患侧,远离穴位宜交叉(左病取右,右病取左).
