分析了低压铸造工艺的发展对液面加压和模温的要求,介绍了自行研制的低压铸造压力和模温自动控制系统的组成、工作原理和特点。实际应用表明,该系统实现了液面加压和模具温度的闭环控制,其泄漏补偿能力使液面分级线性加压具有良好的重复再现性,多种方式综合调节冷却循环实现模温合理监控,此外系统稳定可靠,人机界面便于操作。工艺装备水平的提高对优化工艺进而稳定质量、提高生产率提供了保障,进一步提高了企业竞争力。
The development of low pressure die casting process is analyzed to meet the requirements of liquid pressure and mold temperature. The composition, working principle and characteristics of low pressure die casting pressure and mold temperature automatic control system developed by ourselves are introduced. The practical application shows that the system realizes the closed-loop control of the liquid pressure and the mold temperature. The leakage compensation capability makes the liquid level linear pressurization have good repeatability. In many ways, the cooling cycle can be comprehensively adjusted to realize the reasonable temperature monitoring. In addition the system is stable and reliable, man-machine interface is easy to operate. The improvement of the level of technology and equipment to optimize the process and thus stabilize the quality and improve productivity provided a guarantee to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
